Which part of the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator process needs to be slightly adjusted

After the high efficiency PTMS Electromagnetic Separator iron removal process of kaolin, the firing whiteness of magnetic concentrate was tested at 91.9%, the Fe2O3 content was reduced from 1.27% before magnetic separation to 0.403%, the iron removal rate reached 68.3%, and the TiO2 content was reduced from 0.29% to 0.260%.
Which part of the process needs to be slightly adjusted? It consists of the following steps:
(1)The kaolin ore is simply purified to obtain magnetic materials (or purified kaolin);

(2) Step (1) The obtained magnetic separation raw material is prepared with water to make a mixed slurry of 15%, and then the magnetic separation raw material mass is 2%. After sodium hexametaphosphate slurry stirring for 20min, 325 mesh wet screen;
(3) Conduct high gradient magnetic separation under the slurry of 325 mesh in step (2), the magnetic field strength of high gradient PTMS Electromagnetic Separator is controlled to 1.4T, the slurry flow rate is 1.4 cm/s, and the slurry is passed through the high gradient magnetic separation machine to obtain the concentrate slurry;

(4) According to the amount of alum added to 5% of the mass of concentrate slurry, the concentrate slurry in step (3) is added to alum flocculation (flocculation 30min), pressure filtration, drying, packaging, get PTMS Electromagnetic Separator concentrate after iron removal;
(5) Calcined the magnetic separation concentrate obtained in step (4) to get the calcined kaolin (or calcined products), and calcined kaolin for whiteness test.
