Potassium sodium feldspar impurities, potassium sodium feldspar iron, calcium element content determines the height of the ceramic products, iron content is too high, burning products will appear black spots, calcium (mainly in carbonate) content is too high, burn products will appear uneven pores, so in potassium feldspar purification PTMS Electromagnetic Separator process must reduce the content of iron and calcium.

The existence of iron form mainly has two situations, one is exists in hemmonite and other free minerals, the second is occurrence in mica minerals, and calcium mainly occurs in calcite, brimonite can be removed by high gradient magnetic separation, mica minerals can be removed by high gradient PTMS Electromagnetic Separator and flotation, calcite mainly through flotation removal.

The potassium sodium feldspar rich in potassium or sodium is mainly used in ceramic industry, glass industry, enamel industry, abrasive tools, chemical industry and electric welding and other industries.
