Ultrasonic wave PTMS magnetic separation uses the cavitation produced by ultrasonic waves in the cleaning solution to produce powerful mechanical forces and peel off the adhesive impurities on the mineral surface. Under the action of ultrasonic wave, countless tiny bubbles will be formed in the cleaning liquid, which will produce huge impact force and local high temperature and high pressure environment when the instant rupture. This powerful mechanical force can effectively destroy the impurity attachment layer on the surface of quartz sand, making it detached and dispersed in the cleaning fluid.
