what is magnetic separation method?

During operation, the slurry is fed into the sorting chamber of the separation ring located in the magnetic field area of the iron core clearance. The iron ball here is magnetized and generates an uneven strong magnetic field near the contact point between the ball and the ball, which can attract magnetic ore particles. Nonmagnetic ore particles are not subject to magnetic force along with the pulp flowing out of the gap between the balls into the tailings tank. The magnetized ore particles rotate with the ring and rise to the magnetic field free zone at the top. At this point, the sorting chamber is inverted, and the high-pressure flushing water at the top flusishes the magnetic ore particles out and flows into the concentrate tank, so that the separation is carried on continuously.
