The customer conducted a test in the first workshop in which the 4-pole magnetic system permanent magnet drum-type weak magnetic separator was combined with pulsating high-gradient PTMS magnetic separator to replace the permanent magnet drum-type sweep magnetic separator. After careful study of the field process conditions and ore properties, a multi-pole magnetic system was designed on the basis of experiments. Its main parameters: there are 10 magnetic poles in the section, with a magnetic envelope Angle of 155°, a polar surface width of 100mm, and a polar gap of 44mm.
