1. Centralized control driving:
After hearing the preliminary signal of centralized control start up, immediately confirm the integrity of the equipment under its jurisdiction, if allowed to start up, put the change-over switch in the centralized control position. 2. Drive locally
(1) Thoroughly check the equipment in good condition before starting:
A. Check whether the feeding pipe, distribution barrel, feeding box, receiving box and flushing pipe are unimpeded and whether the valve is flexible and easy to use;
B. Whether all parts of the equipment are normal and whether debris falls into the slot;
C. Rotate the elastic coupling with hand disc once to confirm that there is no freeze and trap phenomenon;
(2) after receiving the starting signal, confirm that the check is correct after starting the equipment.
Second, the parking
1. Centralized parking:
After receiving the centralized control stop signal, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, and confirm that there is no incoming material on the equipment and the equipment stops steadily before confirming the stop;
2. Parking on site:
(1) after receiving the stop signal, to dilute medium warehouse material processing is completed, the magnetic separator can not pick out the magnetic mineral powder, first stop feeding, and then stop;
(2) Check the feeding pipe, tank and bottom flow pipe after stopping;
(3) Clean up the coal slime and other sundries accumulated in the feeding box and tailings box to get ready for the next drive;
3. Emergency shutdown:
In the event of an accident, magnetic separator abnormal failure should be stopped immediately to check and deal with the fault.
