1. Cylinder: The cylinder is an important part of PTMS electromagnetic separator for iron ore. The cylinder is welded into a cylinder with a 2-3mm stainless steel plate. The end cover is cast aluminum and connected to the cylinder with stainless steel screws. The magnetic circuit of the drum is specially designed to continuously separate magnetic material from non-magnetic material.
2. Magnetic system: The magnetic system of iron ore PTMS electromagnetic separator is made of high quality ferrite material or composite with rare earth magnetic steel. Magnetic system type magnetic separator has two types of magnetic systems, namely open magnetic system and closed magnetic system. Weak magnetic field separators generally use open magnetic system, strong magnetic field separators use closed magnetic system.
3. Tank: The tank of iron ore PTMS magnetic separator is the main working area for magnetic separation. The working area of the tank is made of stainless steel plates, and the frame and other parts of the tank are welded with ordinary steel. According to the slurry feeding direction and the drum of the steering tank has downstream type, counter-flow type and half counter-flow tank.
