The PTMS electromagnetic separator for permanent magnet disk tailings is composed of the main machine, the unloading device, the collecting trough, the chute and the frame. The working principle is that the host disk is installed in the chute, the slurry flows in from one end of the chute, and through the gap between the disk and the disk, the magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the disk, and the remaining non-magnetic slurry flows out from the other end of the chute. When the host disk turns, the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the disk surface are taken out of the slurry level. When entering the discharge area, the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the magnetic surface are thrown into the collecting trough by the unloading device inserted between the disk gaps. The collecting trough collects and outputs the magnetic minerals.
