Test procedure of high strength PTMS electromagnetic separator:
1. Before the test run, the outlet of the ore feeding pipe of the strong magnetic separator should be moved outside to avoid slag and iron filings falling into the strong magnetic separator; Then feed water to the mine to make sure that the coarse particles in the pipe have been flushed out before moving in.
2. Run empty for several hours after the assembly. The test sequence is as follows: supply water to ensure that all cooling water pipes do not fall off or leak; open the rotary ring, pulse opening, excitation opening and cylinder sieve; If there is no abnormal condition after L-2H, the pulsation is suspended and the mine and rinsing water are fed until the level bucket is full to the overflow surface. Then, the pulsation is carefully turned on (since the pulsation load is only large when the level bucket reaches the overflow surface). If there is no obvious shaking or vibration in the whole equipment, the equipment can operate normally.
3. Within the first few days of the test run, the tightness of magnetic media must be checked every 2h. If there is any loosening, stop immediately to add magnetic media or fastening bolts. The newly installed magnetic media is easy to loosen for a few days, and will gradually improve after being added or tightened several times.
