3, half countercurrent magnetic separator at the bottom of the trough blow pipe mouth sometimes due to calcium and blocked, resulting in the pipe mouth at the ore deposition or work clearance blockage, suspected of this problem should be stopped for inspection. Sometimes blowing pipe mouth is not blocked, but because of the work clearance somewhere there are sundries make the work clearance blocked, the fault phenomenon is that there is no concentrate in the tube skin, at this time can use high-pressure water to wash away the plug.
4. Some holes are ground out in the tank. For example, the middle layer of the semi-counter-current tank or the tailings pipe is worn out, and the raw ore will short-circuit into the tailings, resulting in the increase of the grade of the tailings. If the tailing grade suddenly rises and remains high, it may be suspected that the tank is leaking.
5, if the drum type wet magnetic separator has been used for many years, in the case of no change in the nature of the raw ore, found that the grade of tailings gradually increased, may be due to the performance degradation of the magnetic block, the strength of the magnetic field decreased. Magnetic separators can be measured in the field intensity, if the intensity of the magnetic field will be reduced too much when the magnetization.
6. Mechanical faults, such as transmission gear wear, screw loose and dislocation, motor faults, etc., shall be timely found and repaired.
