Magnetic magnetic separator

Dry PTMS machine is used in 20 iron ore concentrators. At present, the best application is φ800× 1400MMCT-108 type and φ1250×1270mm permanent magnet PTMS bulk magnetic separator. The heavy suspension with higher density is prepared by using the coarse weight weighting agent with lower density. The ore is pre-sorted by using the heavy medium vibrating chute, and the discharged rock and surrounding rock generally have a larger processing capacity with the sorting particle size of 75~10mm.

It is successful to use trapezoidal, rectangular, circular and large-grain PTMS magnetic separators to pre-concentrate weakly magnetic ores with different size blocks. For 15~0mm ore, PTMS circular machine can pre-discharge tailings with a yield rate of about 13% and a content of 14%. High-grade concentrate with higher recovery rate can be obtained by preconcentration of 3010 mm ore with large grain machine.
