what is magnetic separation in Feldspar？

The belt separator is designed to handle product streams with high levels of ferromagnetic particles. It is designed to quickly and easily remove ferromagnetic particles from the product, while a strip-shaped magnetic plate with automatic cleaning protects the machine (pulverizer, mill, grinder, screw conveyor, etc.) and subsequently processes the material.

Most commonly, the belt iron remover is suspended above the belt, but it can also be placed on the head of the conveyor. The type of magnet applied depends on the position of the separator: if the separator is parallel to the conveyor belt, a weaker magnet can be used. Conversely, if the iron remover is suspended from the belt, we recommend using a stronger magnet (because the material layer on the belt may be taller and more compact).

The standard version of the belt iron remover is equipped with a sturdy permanent magnet ferrite magnet. If a stronger magnetic force is required (eg moving lines, grinding machines, mills), we recommend a magnetic separator with an extremely powerful rare earth NdFeB magnet.
