what is magnetic separation used for？
The magnetic roller iron remover is a roller dry iron remover with a fixed magnet with high field strength and gradient. Compared with other magnets, magnets used in roller iron removers and magnets made of rare earth alloys are more powerful. Due to their characteristics and special magnetic series, they create a high attractive force on the magnetic roller. The high magnetic attraction obtained has low magnetic sensitivity, so they can separate very fine low magnetic minerals with high recovery.
The most remarkable characteristic of the magnetic roller iron remover is that the used magnet is a rare earth element alloy produced domestically and has a higher power. All of these dimensions require only a low mounting height. It is also possible to manufacture the system according to customer specifications. A single stage system or a plurality of magnetic rolls that are identical to one another can be selected depending on the requirements and application requirements. This results in a higher degree of iron separation.
These magnetic roller iron removers are very effective in separating magnetic particles and weak magnetic particles. These rare earth iron removers are made of very high power specially developed nickel and iron boron (Nd-Fe-B), which has the highest magnetic power in the series, enabling us to achieve very high Gauss values compared to other similar products.
At present, we have developed the latest 150mm diameter magnetic roller iron remover, which has higher magnetic force and larger contact area than ordinary 100mm diameter magnetic roller. These magnet rolls are specially configured with a suitable material size and magnetic configuration. The magnetic roller remover has been passed through the material running belt and is made of materials of different thickness to accommodate the effective selection of minerals and metals.
Magnetic roller separator works:
The magnetic roller iron remover consists of two rollers, one of which is magnetic. There is a strap between them to bring the ore into the magnetic field. The movement of the belt is controlled by a motor fixed to one of the rollers. The rotation speed of the roller can be adjusted according to the material properties
The material to be treated is delivered to the belt at the desired rate by a vibratory feeder. The feed rate can be controlled by adjusting the vibration of the feeder. Roller separator blades are provided to enable separation of the separated products at different locations and to adjust product performance in a desired manner.
