1. 8. When the user does not use the conveyor belt and uses chute, pipeline, chain plate machine, hoist and other equipment to transport materials, RCYA.G.S series pipeline type permanent magnet separator should be used.
9. The main features of the iron remover are: the long and large shape of the ferromagnetic material is easy to be short and small; the tip shape is easy to be spherical; the suction is easy to be static.
10. For occasions with high requirements for iron removal, if the required suspension height is greater than the rated suspension height or the material thickness is greater than the rated thickness, the specifications of the iron remover should be appropriately increased or multi-stage iron removal should be adopted.
11. When the magnetic separator is selected, the material is pulp, and CT wet type (counterflow tank N) (semi-counterflow tank B) (downstream tank S) is required. If the user's material is dry powder, the CXJ dry powder type magnetic separator can be used, and the size can be based on the user's output t/h.
