what is magnetic separation process?

1. The electromagnetic iron remover is not filled with transformer oil before leaving the factory. Before commissioning, it should be filled with 25# transformer oil to 1/3 of the oil mark.

2. Before the electromagnetic separator is put into operation, measure the insulation resistance of the winding to the magnet housing with a 1000V megger. The value should be no less than 10MΩ.

3. Before starting the electromagnetic iron remover, check whether the wiring of the excitation winding and the reducer motor is correct and firm. Whether the lubrication points on the reducer are fully lubricated, if there is any misalignment of the self-unloading belt after starting, it should be corrected.

4. Check the tightness of the self-unloading belt and the chain. Too loose or too tight will affect the normal operation of the unloading mechanism. If the self-unloading belt is loose or uncomfortable, the screw on the bearing housing at both ends of the driven roller can be adjusted to make it work normally.

5, after a thorough inspection and confirmation, you can start up.
