This is great feature of PTMS Magnetic Separator Series The magnetic surface has a large area, while the magnetism is strong, and the life span is long. The structure is simple, and it is easy to operate, while the manual iron removal is not required. It is applied to the iron removal of granules, especially the iron removal of large granules ranging from 0.1mmx0.1mm to 10mmx10mm. It is featured in the small loss, low failure rate, high output and more thorough iron removal. The single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer iron removal may be customized as per the customer's requirements.

Operation process

The raw materials will enter through the feeding inlet, fall on the belt, and convey to the magnetic drum through the belt conveyor. All the iron substances contained in the raw materials will be stuck to the magnetic roller, and taken to the non-magnetic zone together with the belt rotation, while the iron substances will automatically fall into the iron receiving box.

It is applied to the iron removal of all sorts of particle materials, quartz sand, refractory materials, plastic particles and other non-metallic materials, and iron removal and sorting of waste metals.
