The permanent magnet belt separator adopts a high magnetic rare earth Nd-Fe-B magnetic block and a ferrite magnetic block to form a composite magnetic system with high magnetic field intensity. Working principle

A permanent magnetic rod in a magnetic rod box from the feeding port of the magnetic rod box. The magnetic material in the mineral particles is adsorbed on the magnetic rod by the magnetic force. The nonmagnetic mineral particles pass through the magnetic rod and discharge from the discharge material.

At the same time, the permanent magnet bar is pulled by layer by the cylinder device, so that the ferromagnetic substance adsorbed on the permanent magnet bar is automatically separated and dropped from the iron removal port.
