what is magnetic bead separation?

The permanent magnetic drum type magnetic separator is mainly composed of a frame, a permanent magnet cylinder, a transmission device, a ore feeding box, a tank body, a flushing water device, and a magnetic system adjusting device. The magnetic system hangs on the mandrel and the supporting point falls directly on the axle seat of the machine. With the aid of the magnetic adjustment device, the deflection angle of the magnetic system can be adjusted within a certain range.
The permanent-magnet cylinder separator is smooth, steady, uniform and long in separation because of its large diameter. At the same time, because the diameter of the cylinder is large, the speed is reduced, the operation is more stable and reliable, the noise is small, and the maintenance is convenient.
