The process of stage grinding, low intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation is one of the effective processes to improve concentrate. The main operation process of this process is as follows: the final concentrate is obtained by one rough separation and one cleaning; the reverse flotation foams are regrinding after concentrated magnetic separation; the regrinding products are tailing thrown after defluxing and repeated sweeping magnetic separation; the magnetic concentrate is returned to reverse flotation operation for reseparation.
