After the raw ore was crushed to -0.60mm, PTMS high frequency vibrating screen and hydrocyclone were used for screening and classification. Two particle sizes of -0.60+ 0.20mm and -0.20+ 0.038mm were roughed by screw PTMS magnetic separator equipment - shaker process, and coarse concentrate was reground. -0.038mm and the overflow of spiral beneficiation equipment adopts the combined process of flotation roughing-centrifuge cleaning. When the raw ore contains 0.31% mineral, The industrial test results of coarse concentrate containing 58.49% mineral at a recovery of 61.93% and fine mud concentrate containing 26.23% mineral at a recovery of 15.02% were obtained through the whole process test, and the total mineral recovery was 76.95%.
