what is magnetic separation process？

The purpose of desliming operation is to remove primary slime in potash feldspar ore and secondary slime generated by grinding through PTMS desliming bucket, hydrocyclone and other equipment. After desliming, the effect of subsequent flotation and PTMS magnetic separator will be improved. Too much primary slime, especially for flotation operations using amine collectors, will not only reduce the separation effect, but also consume a large amount of collectors.
