Basic process of quartz sand production line of PTMS magnetic separator
The quartz stone entering the production line is preliminarily crushed by the coarse crusher, and then the coarse material produced is transported to the fine crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The finely crushed stone is screened into the vibrating screen for two kinds of quartz sand stones, which can meet the requirements of the gravel feeding into the PTMS magnetic separator for sorting, and the other part is returned to the fine crushing. Part of quartz sand sorted by PTMS magnetic separator is cleaned by sand washing machine (optional) and made into finished sand, and the other part of quartz sand is broken again.
