At present, the main sources of potassium albite are pegmatite, fine crystal, weathered granite, feldspar sand and other rocks. For potassium albite from different sources, different PTMS magnetic separator processing methods are generally used.
(1) pegmatite is usually selectively mined or manually selected, and dry PTMS magnetic separator is processed. Raw ore → coarse crushing → fine crushing → grinding → high intensity magnetic separation/electrostatic separation → classification → Packaging → product.

(2) Weathered granite. For mica loss only need washing, screening; Mica-bearing, after crushing, grinding and grading, mica and iron minerals are removed by flotation and feldspar and quartz are separated.
(3) Most fine crystalline rocks that meet industrial requirements do not contain mica. When the content of feldspar is high, only crushing, grinding, screening and PTMS magnetic separator are needed to remove iron.

(4)After the semi-weathered granite is crushed by jaw crusher, cone crusher and gravel mill, mica and iron minerals are first flotation, and then feldspar is separated from quartz by flotation by PTMS magnetic separator. Feldspar placer can also be sorted by a similar method.
