Wet type Electromagnetic Separator

Using the mineral particles of general flotation particles as the carrier, it can process 100% less than 3 μ m (48% less than 0.5 μ m) minerals, such as anatase, quartz sand, calcium carbide and iron oxide. The principle of superfine PTMS magnetic separation flotation method is to let the target mineral fine grain cover float on the carrier, but essentially to use the carrier to increase the collision rate and contact surface between the mineral and the bubble.

Oic acid (tower oil, fuel oil) is used as collector, pine oil as foaming agent, soluble alkali soil metal salt (calcium petroleum sulfonate) is used as selection agent, pH value (generally pH = 9) is adjusted with ammonium hydroxide, and-325 calcite, quartz, silica, fluorite, barite and so on are used as carrier. In the flotation process, the carrier of the adsorption collector carries the impurity particles up to the foam layer, and kaolin is the bottom flow product, so as to achieve the purpose of PTMS magnetic separation separation.
