Magnetic separation machine

The particles of potassium sodium feldspar after being finely crushed are screened by a vibrating screen. The vibrating screen acts like a fine filter, using its own vibration to separate mineral particles of different sizes on the screen surface. Qualified particles are like lucky ones; they smoothly enter the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator beneficiation process, while those that do not meet the criteria are sent back to the crusher for further crushing, much like soldiers who have not completed their tasks needing retraining.

Qualified ore enters the ball mill for grinding. Inside the ball mill, there are many steel balls. When the ball mill rotates, the steel balls tumble with the cylinder, impacting and grinding the ore. In this process, the ore particles gradually become smaller, and impurities inside them also gradually expose themselves. The ground material is then classified by a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone before entering the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator beneficiation process.

The spiral classifier uses the rotation of the spiral to cause materials of different sizes to settle and separate in the liquid, where qualified materials proceed to the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator beneficiation process. Those that do not meet the criteria return to the ball mill for secondary grinding
