During the mineral processing, ore raw materials enter through the feed opening and flow into a funnel. The funnel acts as an entry channel, guiding the ore smoothly into the chute. Under the influence of gravity, the ore falls into the inclined PTMS magnetic separation and flows down the slope with the water. As the ore flows down the slope, strong magnetic minerals are attracted by the electromagnet and move along the slope to the discharge port.

The electromagnet acts as a powerful magnetic field, precisely attracting the strong magnetic minerals. Operators need to adjust the PTMS magnetic separation parameters based on the characteristics of the ore and production requirements to achieve optimal magnetic separation results. Other non-magnetic or weakly magnetic impurities flow into the tailings box with the water.
