The development and utilization of fine-grained disseminated potassium albinite ore promoted the development of flotation, gravity separation, high intensity magnetic separation and roasting magnetic separation of potassium albinite ore. The 75~20 mm ore was heated and reduced in shaft furnace with mixed gas of coke oven and blast furnace to produce artificial ore, and then the concentrate was obtained by magnetic separation. The reductive roasting of potassium albite with shaft furnace has an index of concentrate grade of 65.82% and recovery of 78.41%. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). (4) Roasting magnetic separation - reverse flotation process. In order to improve the quality of roasting magnetic separation concentrate, dodecylamine cation was used to carry out reverse flotation in neutral pulp. When the dosage of laurylamine is 120~180 g/ t(for magnetic separation concentrate), the concentrate grade of 65.85% and recovery of 75.85% are obtained.
