Product introduction:
The electromagnetic dry powder machine belongs to the upper ore feeder and the single cylinder dry type strong magnetic separator. Its magnetic system is characterized by large angle of wrapping and multi pole, and the absolute value of the magnetic field density of the machine selection area is more average, and its magnetic separation function is played. Different magnetic field strength can be designed according to the different properties of the ore.
Operation process:
When the non magnetic mineral is separated from the magnetic field, the mineral is well separated from the magnetic cylinder under the action of gravity; and some type of machine increases the vibration device of the whole machine, which not only improves the effect of iron removal, but also facilitates the iron abandonment. The powder is fed from the feeder, and the dry powder machine is magnetized, and a vibrator is opened to stop the feed when the feed is given, disconnect the excitation device, and open another vibrator (keep two vibrators vibrate at the same time), and dial the baffle in the hopper to the magnetic material that is adsorbed in the magnetic medium.
