1. Method for measuring magnetic field strength of iron remover
When measuring the magnetic field strength of a permanent magnet separator, what method is usually used? Make the position of the measuring point accurate. Before measuring, make a measuring point sample (using plexiglass plate or wood board) according to the shape of the magnetic pole. Draw the position of each measuring point on the sample board and drill the hole at the measuring point position to prepare the probe for penetration into the hole for measurement. The measurement content generally includes: the magnetic field strength of each section of the magnetic system at different positions, the magnetic field strength of each key point on the surface of the magnetic pole to be measured, and the magnetic field strength of a spatial point at a certain distance from the magnetic pole.
Second, the permanent magnet separator uses a high-coercivity, high-remanence special permanent magnet "NdFeB" and other materials to form a composite magnetic system. The precautions for the safe use of permanent magnet separators are as follows:
1. It is strictly forbidden to bump, beat and impact permanent magnets during transportation, installation and maintenance.
2. The ambient temperature of the permanent magnet separator is generally not more than 75 °C. High temperature will shorten the service life of the iron remover. When the temperature exceeds 80 °C, high temperature resistant permanent magnet materials should be used.
3. Instruments, instruments, iron components, etc. should be kept away from the iron remover. Do not wear irons near the iron remover during work to prevent accidents.
