Operation process of PTMS electromagnetic Separator for dry powder machine
(1) Feed the powder from the hopper, and make the dry powder machine in the magnetized state,
(2) Start a vibrator
(3) When the feeding reaches a certain level, stop feeding and disconnect the exciting device
(4) and start another vibrator (keep the two vibrators vibrating at the same time)
(5) And the baffle in the lower hopper is pulled to the iron discharge port, so that the magnetic material adsorbed in the magnetic medium can be vibrated down and discharged with the help of vibration force
