Specifications
Two automatic magnetic rod box sizes are published, Φ32 × 66 layers and Φ25 × 66 layers, both 2070 mm long, 500 mm wide and 1510 mm high. Used for iron removal from dry powders, granules and pipeline material flows.

Working principle
The mineral particles are derived from the feeding port of the magnetic rod box through the permanent magnetic rods in the magnetic rod box. The magnetic material in the mineral particles is adsorbed on the magnetic rod because of the magnetic force. The nonmagnetic mineral particles are passed through the magnetic rod and discharged from the discharge port. At the same time, the permanent magnetic rods are pulled by the cylinder device to make the ferromagnetic materials adsorbed on the permanent magnetic rod. The quality of the material is automatically separated and dropped from the iron removal port.

With strong magnetic strength, the magnetic field strength of the magnetic rod on the 25mm diameter can be up to 10000 Gauss. It is convenient and quick to exhaust the magnetic rod. The magnetic material adsorbed on the magnetic rod will fall off automatically. The material can continue to work without stopping the feed. It is easy to install and fix thread holes, screw holes, rings, tapered cusp, etc. 3 layers, 5 layers, 8 layers and 12 layers of magnetic rod boxes can be made.
