Kaolin PTMS magnetic separator adopts downstream drying process. Its working principle is as follows: after kaolin enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: First, kaolin enters this area and contacts with high temperature hot air to quickly evaporate water. Kaolin is transferred to the next working area under the copying of the material guide plate with large guiding Angle; The second is the copying board area, where kaolin is copied by the copying board to form a material curtain state.

At this time, kaolin fully contacts with PTMS magnetic separator hot air, and the water in kaolin quickly evaporates into steam, which is then pumped away by induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying kaolin. Kaolin is dried into a loose state with moisture less than 5% (or lower) in this area. After heat exchange, kaolin reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area at the back.
