Wet and dry separation are two main processes of kaolin PTMS magnetic separator. Kaolin ore is crushed in a kaolin crusher, and then kaolin concentrate can be obtained after grinding in a Raymond mill. Wet kaolin beneficiation process is used to treat complex kaolin ore.

Flotation PTMS magnetic separator separation is used to remove ore in the form of silica. Using calcite and silica sand as the carrier, the kinetic energy of ions was increased. Flotation cell is the main equipment of kaolin concentration in this part.
