At the same time, it is conducive to the attachment of magnetic particles on the cylinder surface, and strengthens the carrying effect of the cylinder on magnetic particles. The cylinder is driven by an electric motor to rotate.
The magnetic system is a three-pole permanent magnetic system, there are also quadrupole or multipole magnetic system. The poles are arranged alternately in the direction of rotation around the cylinder and remain stationary while working. When magnetic particles are attracted to the surface of the cylinder and rotate with the cylinder, magnetic flipping (also known as magnetic stirring) will occur due to alternating polarity, and part of non-magnetic particles in the mechanical inclusion in the magnetic particles will be removed, which can improve the quality of magnetic products.
