PTMS-FP-1250 Membrane Filter Press
The PTMS-FP-1250 is a 1250×1250 high-pressure membrane (diaphragm) filter press for dewatering mineral, ceramic and similar slurries. Plate count is 50 membrane plates plus 50 matching chamber plates; feed pressure up to 1.6 MPa and squeeze pressure up to 2.0 MPa.

Product details
The PTMS-FP-1250 is a PLC-controlled high-pressure membrane filter press in the 1250×1250 series. Chamber plates are 1250×1250×70 mm and membrane plates 1250×1250×78 mm, with a 35 mm chamber depth. Working pressures are feed ≤1.6 MPa and squeeze ≤2.0 MPa. The machine uses a single 400 hydraulic cylinder, dual open-flow filtrate discharge, 700 mm compression-plate stroke and motorized plate pulling (one plate per cycle). Fifty membrane plates plus fifty matching plates are high-pressure reinforced polypropylene; filter cloth is non-woven or monofilament per application.
Total intermittent power is 7.5 + 1.1 kW (IP55). The frame is Q235 with anti-rust paint; operating temperature ≤60 °C. Oil pump and hydraulic valves are industrial class (Jiangsu Hengyuan / Jiangsu Jinda class pump; Beijing Huade class valves). Control is PLC-programmed for press-body actions.
Applications
Dewatering of mineral and ceramic slurries after wet magnetic separation or washing—for example kaolin, feldspar and ceramic slip lines. Capacity depends on feed solids, cake moisture target and cycle time; for about 5,000 t/month domestic-type lines, a typical layout uses 4–6 units.
