Product details
The PTMS-1200-3S vibratory sieve screens dry powders and granules on three decks. Product-contact surfaces use 304 stainless steel (cover plates 1.5 mm, sieve frame plates 2.0 mm). An L-shaped stainless mesh frame with perforated plates and bouncing balls keeps the screen clear during operation. The vibrating component (4.0 mm carbon steel) and bottom bucket (3.0 mm carbon steel) form the structural body. Motor power is selected per configuration; the typical published range is 1.5–4.175 kW.
Applications
Used for grading and impurity screening ahead of or after magnetic separation on kaolin, feldspar, quartz and ceramic lines. Pair with a PTMS magnetic separator when the process needs both size classification and iron removal.
Free sample / sizing
Tell us your particle size range, moisture and target throughput. We recommend mesh sizes and deck arrangement, and can run a free material sample test on matching magnetic separators in the same line.
